PAYMENT

Payment is due at the time of order.

Customers of Afrikrea have the option of paying over 3 installments on purchases from this shop totalling over 60 Euros.

No items will be dispatched without full receipt of payment first unless previously agreed.

If payment is not made within 48 hours of placing the order, unfortunately it will be cancelled. Invoices are issued under the name and address I am provided with as the shipping address via the marketplace website. If you require an invoice to be issued under different details, please state this clearly in the ‘Notes to Seller’ section.

SHIPPING

All orders are sent via Royal Mail first class registered post and a signature is required upon delivery. Please keep in mind that you may have to visit your local post office to pick up your order.

Please note that some items are specifically made to order, therefore in some cases may take up to 10 working days to dispatch.

I provide combined shipping for multiple orders.

DELIVERY

Upon dispatch, the average delivery times on business days vary according to destination. As a rough guide on it may take approximately:
1-2 days in UK
Up to 8 days to rest of Europe
Up to 30 days worldwide

Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas and national holidays during which all postal services are busy.

If you require your item to be sent by express delivery, please inform us in the ‘Notes to seller’ section, so that we can let you know how much extra it is likely to cost.

Our items are securely packaged however we are not responsible for loss or damage during transit.

Please note that buyers outside of the EU are responsible for any duties and customs fees that may be incurred.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once an item has been dispatched.

ACCEPTED RETURNS

To ensure a quality customer service, if there are any problems with your purchase, please send me a message right away and I will do my best to solve the issue.

Upon receipt, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving it.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned along with its original packaging in an unused, undamaged condition. Items which are dirty, damaged or have already been used and washed will not be accepted as returns.

We do not accept returns based on customer input errors.

RETURNING ITEMS BACK TO US

Buyers must pay for return postage.

When returning an item, we advise that a recorded/tracking shipping method is used. If an item is returned to us via non-recorded/tracked mail and is subsequently lost in transit, we will be unable to refund your money.

We do not hold responsibility for damage or loss of items during transit.

REFUNDS

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the full value of the item minus shipping costs will be reimbursed via PayPal within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.

Please note that we are not responsible and will not refund or pay for the re-postage of packages that:

• are unclaimed and undelivered
• with insufficient address
• refused
